Will bet he was the last person his parents had suspected. Wyatt said he didn't want to put Flo and Shauna in a bad spot, but he agreed with what Flo had asserted about being an adult. Bill remarked that he was thinking of a Logan, but it was not Katie. Hope asked about Phoebe's father and wondered if she ever heard from him. Quinn apologized for broaching the topic with Flo. Donna believed guys could learn a lot from the classy Will. At the cabin, Brooke entered and greeted Liam.
Flo was bewildered by Hope's kindness and acceptance. Bill exclaimed that Will was busted. Shauna asserted that her feelings about the man hadn't changed, and she'd thought Quinn would understand that. Flo said it had been good to see Wyatt and meet Sally. Quinn recalled how busy the mothers had been, working and raising their children. Justin decided that he had lawyering to do. Begging Hope to listen to her, Flo said she wasn't who Hope thought she was.
Flo figured that she was making Wyatt uncomfortable. Brooke worried because, at one time, Hope had given her ring back to Liam and said he belonged to Steffy and the girls. Thomas said that Beth would have been lucky to have Hope as a mother. It was still hard for Katie to accept why he was gone. Hope assumed Flo was trying to make her feel better. Katie and Bill exchanged glances and guessed that their matchmaker had struck again.
Shauna wasn't and said her life hadn't turned out to be as exciting as Quinn's. He said they would never forget their firstborn, but her brothers and sister would know about her. Flo stated that he'd moved on and fallen in love with Sally, but a part of Flo would always love him. He pulled out his wallet, but the chef said the tip had been included. Quinn wanted to know if Shauna was involved with anyone.
. Flo agreed to think about it and said she'd be in touch. Brooke said they wouldn't run it because it was Sally's company. Upon greeting Pam, Bill pretended to be excited about her lemon bars. Brooke thought it was adorable. Thomas said Douglas had rushed over to the cabin because the door had been open. She admitted she had talked to Liam and Hope.
She reminded Thomas that he did, too. Affirming it, Quinn replied that she worked alongside her husband, Eric Forrester. She reasoned that it might not be, and finding her father could change her life. Bill stated that it had been a tragic story. Flo asked if they could talk later. Taylor was mortified that Brooke would bring that up.
Liam noted that Hope understood the tremendous feeling of loss that Douglas felt. Flo stated that she'd been just about to call Hope. Because Flo didn't want anyone to go to jail, she'd decided to stay in town and finish what she'd started. Bill looked at the pages on his computer and found the right one. He offered to keep her abreast of any emails he got about the tests. Though Hope knew it was a long shot, she was hoping Flo could help her. It was over, as far as Brooke was concerned, and Brooke refused to let Taylor judge Hope.
Eric wondered if Sally would accept, and Brooke asked how Sally could refuse the opportunity to have a great future at Forrester Creations. He could feel that his mother was there. She explained that she had a friend in town and wanted to spend as much time with her as possible. Hope confided in Thomas that she missed Phoebe most of all. Flo stated that she had convinced herself that she didn't need it, but talking about it with Quinn had revived Flo's latent feelings about it.
Bill, Ridge, and Brooke arrived at the clinic and learned the fate that had befallen their grandchild. It was wonderful, according to Brooke, and it was a choice that Steffy had made. When Shauna entered, Quinn jiggled with glee and hugged her, saying she looked the same. Claiming to be standing up for her grandchildren, Taylor asked if Brooke could respect Taylor's family for once. At the Bikini Bar, Wyatt recalled that, in the past, he and Flo had talked a lot about finding their fathers. At Spencer later, Bill, Quinn, and Shauna filed into Bill's office.
